a)    The Site is for your personal and non-exclusive use only. As long as you comply with this Policy and Terms of Use BahamasBNBs LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

b)    The Site is primarily to used for the following:

i)     Uploading and booking vacation rentals and experiences in The Bahamas 

c)    Use of the Site in any other way, including in contravention of any restriction on use set out in this Policy, is not permitted. If you not agree with the terms of this Policy, you may not use the Site  

4)    Prohibited use – As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree to the following conditions: 

a)    You may not use the Site to publish content or engage in activity that is illegal under applicable law, that is harmful to others, or that would subject us to liability, including, without limitation, in connection with any of the following, each of which is prohibited under this AUP:

i)      Phishing or engaging in identity theft, fraud; including Attempts to impersonate another person, account, or entity, including a representative of BahamasBNBs

ii)    Distributing computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code or malware

iii)  Distributing pornography or adult related content or offering any escort services

iv)   Promoting or facilitating violence or terrorist activities

v)    Infringing the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others

vi)   Promoting unsolicited advertising or sending spam

vii) Simulate communications from us or another service or entity in order to collect identity information, authentication credentials, or other information (‘phishing’)

viii)        Using the Site in any manner that disrupts the operation of our Site or business of the Site or business of any other entity

ix)   Using the Site in any manner that harms minors

x)    Promoting illegal activity

xi)   Represent or suggest that we endorse any other business, product or service unless we have separately agreed to do so in writin

xii) Use the Site to gain unauthorised access to or use of computers, data, systems, accounts or networks

xiii)        Attempt to circumvent password or user authentications methods; and

b)    You agree to comply with the provisions relating to our intellectual property rights and software contained in our Site terms and conditions of use.

c)     You agree that all listing titles include only relevant information to the listing type, style, or experience and no listing includes symbols or emojis

d)    No Listing or profile includes information, images or video that is fraudulent, misleading, false or deceptive 

8)    Interactive services

a)    Comments, reviews and other communication services which invite Submissions (‘Interactive Services’) are available on the Site.

b)    We are not obliged to monitor or moderate Submissions to Interactive Services.

c)     We may remove or edit any Submission to any of Interactive Services whether they are moderated or not

d)    Any Submission you make must comply with our Submission standards set out below 

9)    Submission & Review standards

a)    Any Submission of communication or Review to users of our Site must conform to standards of accuracy, decency and lawfulness, which shall be applied in our discretion, acting reasonable. In particular, you warrant that any Submission, review or communication is

i)      your own original work and lawfully submitted;

ii)    factually accurate or your own genuinely held belief;

iii)  provided with the necessary consent of any third party;

iv)   not defamatory or likely to give rise to an allegation of defamation;

v)    not offensive, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminator or deceptive; and

vi)   unlikely to cause offence, embarrassment or annoyance to others

vii) not biased or exhibiting indications of extortion/incentivization, conflict or interests, or direct competition

b)    We reserve the right to remove reviews the comprise of only irrelevant or mostly irrelevant information about the host, or visitor, listing or experience. 

10) Linking and framing

a)    You may create a link to our Site from another Site without our prior written consent provided no such link:
